Service Description

This package can be booked for in person, online, or via telephone or Skype. We spend 45-75 minutes together during this important first 1:1 session. We’ll get to know each other, go over our Nutri-Systems Profile together, answer questions, and talk about your goals and needs. From there, I will put together a personalized protocol package with a breakdown of obtainable goals for our allotted time frame, a list of suggested supplements and foods, recipes, as well as lifestyle and fitness suggestions. I will preform weekly check-in's to ensure your protocol is working optimally for you. A mid-way follow-up will be booked, where we can reassess any changes required to your protocol. You will also have full nutritional support from me throughout the allotted time frame, to answer any questions you may have. For your convenience our services are available online, in person, or via telephone.
